• Reception of the stock: The operators receive the merchandise from one or more suppliers, together with the documentation to issue the orders.

• Product storage : Merchandise is temporarily stored until the amount of stock necessary to consolidate the load and dispatch the shipment is available.

• Product management : The stock has to overcome some processes of weighing, packing and packaging, among others, to facilitate its distribution.

• Grouping in a single order : In this consolidation phase, the operators collect all the products with the same destination and consolidate them in a single shipment. They also prepare the precise documentation to avoid administrative errors during this operation.

• Shipment of the consolidated order : Once the orders have been grouped into a single transport unit, the merchandise is loaded onto a vehicle and sent to its final recipient.
